All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your axiebet account. Before your first withdrawal is processed, your account must have completed KYC verification. Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before a withdrawal can be approved. axiebet targets e-wallet withdrawal processing times of between 5 and 30 minutes; bank transfers may take between 1 and 3 business hours; cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to blockchain network confirmation times.
The Platform operates primarily in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM). All transaction amounts displayed on the Platform are in MYR unless explicitly stated otherwise. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the responsibility of the User.

These conditions are communicated at the time each bonus is offered. By claiming any bonus, you agree to its associated specific terms in addition to this Agreement.
Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times (the "wagering requirement" or "rollover") before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. For example, a RM 100 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires total wagers of RM 2,000 to be placed before a withdrawal can be requested. axiebet actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses, placing low-risk or hedged bets to satisfy wagering requirements without meaningful risk, using automated betting systems, and colluding with other players. Any User found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonuses voided, and axiebet reserves the right to recover any resulting profits and close the account concerned.
Participation in axiebet's loyalty programme (Bronze, Silver, Gold VIP tiers) is subject to continued compliance with these Terms. axiebet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any loyalty tier or associated benefit at any time. Points accumulated under the loyalty programme hold no monetary value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged outside the Programme.
Certain promotions are made available exclusively to players accessing the Platform from Malaysia, including festive offers coinciding with major Malaysian public holidays. Eligibility for such promotions is assessed at the time of the offer and may require additional verification of residency.
All wagers placed on the Platform are final once confirmed. You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of any wager before confirming it. axiebet will not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed wagers except where axiebet determines, in its sole discretion, that a manifest error has occurred.
axiebet reserves the right to void any wager placed at odds or on terms that were clearly erroneous due to a technical malfunction, human error, or data feed error ("Manifest Error"). In such cases, axiebet will refund the original stake to the User's account balance. axiebet's determination of what constitutes a Manifest Error is final.
Sports betting on axiebet is governed by the specific sports rules applicable to each market, including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UFC, and other events. Results are determined in accordance with the official result at the end of the relevant event, subject to any specific rules stated for the applicable market. In-play betting markets are suspended during stoppage of play and may be settled on partial results where an event is abandoned.
All casino games — including Sic Bo, baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and slots — are governed by the rules of the individual game as presented on the Platform. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical result of actual cards, dice, or roulette wheels in a studio environment.
axiebet reserves the right to impose maximum single-transaction payout limits and daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal caps by player tier. These limits are communicated to players via the Platform's cashier section and may be adjusted from time to time. Winnings exceeding applicable limits may be paid in instalments at axiebet's discretion.

axiebet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total value of your Account Balance at the time the relevant claim arises.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
You may close your axiebet account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat or email. Upon receipt of a valid account closure request, axiebet will process any remaining eligible balance to your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any outstanding wagering requirements.
axiebet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete KYC, inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months, or where continued operation of the account would expose axiebet to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk.
Upon termination of your account, your licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Any bonus funds, loyalty points, or promotional credits held in the account at the time of closure will be forfeited. Real-money balances, where not subject to forfeiture under these Terms, will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable period.
